Duncan AviationDuncan Aviation will cut more than 300 jobs nationwide.

Its facility in Lincoln, Nebraska will lose 170 jobs. Another 122 of the cuts are at its facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. And a dozen cuts are being made in other company avionics facilities.

Duncan provides aircraft maintenance in more than a dozen states, at more than 20 service locations.

The company had already cut hours and wages to forestall layoffs.

In January, the company said it was delaying plans to build a $58 million maintenance center in Provo, Utah.
