Survey: Over 40% of HR Pros Would Take Pay Cut to Telecommute
Post Views 0According to a survey by Business & Legal Reports, over 40% of human resources professionals surveyed would accept a pay cut in return for permission to telecommute from home.
Twenty-one percent would accept a 5% cut, and 16% would take a 10% pay decrease. But 30% said they would like to telecommute, yet would not want their pay reduced.
Only 8% of those surveyed would not want to work remotely.
