Grady Britton Acquires YRG

Portland, Oregon’s Grady Britton has acquired crosstown rival YRG (formerly Young & Roehr Group), taking on four staff members and several clients.

The new staffers are Becky Engel, Stacy Frey, Lacey Hinkle and Marion Margiotta.

The merger increases Grady Britton’s experience in health care, travel and tourism and heavy machinery.

Grady Britton was founded in 1974.
