UC Berkeley Report Says American Clean Energy and Security Act Could Create 1.9 Million Jobs

The American Clean Energy and Security Act (ACES) passed the House of Representatives in June and is currently on the calendar for the Senate to consider. A new report out of UC Berkeley claims that ACES will create between 900,000 and 1.9 million new jobs, while boosting the GDP by $39 – $111 billion by 2020.
