buffalonewyork_160x120Concord Textile Care Products is creating a new line of cleaning products that do not use the dry cleaning solvent perchloroethylene (PERC). The company will invest $1.4 million at its plant in Buffalo for production of the new products. Most of that money will be returned to the company through tax credits and subsidies, in return for which the company agrees to create 80 new jobs with average salaries above $30,000. In addition, Concord Textile has set up a training facility and will be training 10 to 30 people per month from cleaning companies around the country.
