Sprint Hiring 125 Workers in Sacramento Area

Sprint Nextel is poised to fill 125 positions in the Sacramento market, the company said in a press release.

Sprint will hold an on-site hiring event Thursday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its Call Center at 3068 Kilgore Road, Rancho Cordova. Interviews will be available the day of the event.

New hires will be offered competitive salaries and benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k), monthly performance bonuses and participation in Sprint’s employee wireless phone program.

“This is an amazing time for the wireless industry and our employees are essential to Sprint’s success. We are looking for bright, customer focused, and technically astute people who thrive on change, innovation and technology,” said Dianne Drever, Site Lead and General Manager of the Sprint Sacramento Call Center.

The company said the expansion is in anticipation of the national roll out of Sprint’s 4G network along with an overwhelming response to some of the company’s new devices, including the HTC EVO that was introduced last week in Las Vegas.
