Golden Arches Hiring in Golden State

Local McDonald’s owners and operators in California are holding a unique one-day recruiting drive Tuesday that will allow people to apply for up to 1,000 jobs throughout the state.

The jobs will be part-time, 20 hours a week. However, as McDonald’s notes, employees will be eligible to participate in the company’s health insurance and benefits plan, which includes free meals, flexible schedules, and employee support services designed to help people manage their everyday lives.

Those interested are instructed to visit any local McDonald’s on Aug. 17 and talk directly with a manager on duty. If not able to visit a McDonald’s that day, people can still apply online at www.mcdonalds.com/careers or www.mccalifornia.com.
