News Corp. Merges Online Ad Network With Myspace

myspace-1News Corp. has announced plans to merge their online ad network, the Fox Audience Network (FAN), with former number 1 social networking site, Myspace in addition to many other third party publishers.

“FAN and MySpace have worked together closely over the past several years and this integration will further align these two properties,” said Jon Miller, CEO and Chairman for Digital media at News Corp.

As the transaction went through, FANs president, Adam Bain, has stepped own at this time in order to pursue other interests.

Jon Miller responded to his colleagues departure, saying, ““Adam has been an invaluable asset to News Corp, having led FAN’s rowth from the ground up into one of the Web’s largest platforms.”
