Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OHL) has not only renewed their lease for a 300,000 square foot location in La Vergne, Tennessee, but they are also expanding into the remainder of the building, some 160,00 square feet. This move will translate into 200 new jobs over the next three years.

The distribution building  comprises a total of 457,452-square-feet and is located at Nashville’s Southeast Industrial submarket. A part of the larger Mid South Logistec Center, the building includes 78 loading docks and approximately 60 drive-in bays.

The lease agreement is calling for a 30-month term, with OHL taking occupancy as early as this quarter.
