At 325 Broadway, the lower and first levels are the only ones that will be remodeled to turn it into a corporate and training office since the second floor is occupied. The H&H Building and parking will also be fully redesigned to provide office and retail space with plans to keep the current tenants. In the Marquette Center, the unoccupied parts will also be improved and will further connect it to the H&H Building.<br.

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon said that this project is a great initiative that will revitalize downtown making it more attractive for companies and businesses. “Bringing back vibrancy to downtowns of middle and small sized towns across Missouri is one of the key things we work on each and every day, and this is a concrete example of how that can make a real difference.”

Watch Me Smile Dental and Vision Cooperative has made a $10 million capital investment project and will occupy Marquette Center once it’s renovated. The said healthcare business will offer full dental, vision, and chiropractic services. The investment, which will open the summer of 2011, will entail hiring of sales, phone technicians, dentists and oral surgeons.
