University of North Carolina System Appoints Head Of Human Resources

William Fleming, the human resources director at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, has been promoted to vice president for human resources across the entire University of North Carolina system.

There are 17 campuses within the UNC system, according to a press release coming from the system’s office.

Fleming will begin duties as the head of human resources for the UNC system on February 1st. He will oversee human resources policies aas well as offer advice to the UNC Board of Governors where it concerns issues related to human resources.
