International Human Resources and Exhibition Conference Begins In Dubai

The first-ever International Human Resources and Exhibition conference began Wednesday in Dubai.

The event will last for two days and will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center. The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) will host the event, which hopes to answer questions regarding driving social economics for human resources professionals.

“I think human capital at large is an issue on the table for decision-makers at various levels, and I believe the challenges vary,” said Dr. Abdul Rahman al Awar, the director general of FAHR, as well as the head of the International Human Resources Conference’s steering committee.

The conference will take a look at strategies, development and management. Among those include developing talent and maintaining sustainable progress.

“One of the lessons we learned from the global economic crisis was that development should be led by creativitiy and the principle of sustainability,” Dr. al Awar said.
