Barclays Appoints Sally Bott Group Human Resources Director

The London-based bank Barclays has appointed Sally Bott as group human resources director. With her promotion, Bott will also join the group executive committee at the bank.

Before working at Barclays, Bott was the global human resources director at the notorious oil and gas company, BP, where she was also a part of the executive committee. She also served as head of global human resources at Marsh & McLennan Companies and at Citibank in HR positions.

Additionally, Bott was employed with Barclays in an HR role from 1997 to 2000.
