Noven Pharmaceuticals Appoints Lance D. Williams VP of Human Resources

Lance D. Williams has been appointed Vice President of Human Resources for Noven Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Williams will be in charge of all human resources related functions across the company’s nationwide workforce.

Prior to joining Noven, Williams was Vice President of Human Resources at Ovation Pharmaceuticals. He also has experience serving in leadership HR positions at companies such as Astellas Pharma, Cardinal Health, Fujisawa/American Pharamaceutical Partners and Indalex.

Williams will report to Jeff T. Mihm, Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel.
