Great leaders are not born with all of the necessary skills. Some they may acquire some may come naturally to them, such as soft skills. Soft skills involve many attributes, from the ability to motivate, to the ability to listen, and the ability to lead. One of the most important skills a leader should have is the ability to gain their employees trust. Otherwise things like making a profit, salesmanship, etc. do not matter.
