The New Male Mystique report released by the Families and Work Institute (FWI) reveals that fathers in two income families feel more work/family conflicts than women.

“Men are more family-centric and wanting to be more involved with their families. There is a change, no question.” said Ellen Galinsky, President of FWI, and one of the authors of the report.

Having family supportive work-environment and flexibility like being able to take time off during the workday for family issues, can reduce work/family related stress for men working 50+ hours a week.
