Just months after Comcast purchased a majority stake in NBC Universal it is undergoing a major restructuring. Despite its original intentions to consolidate, Comcast-NBC is heading in the other direction and dividing its media duties in creative ways between two groups, Publicis and WPP.  It is doing this as it attempts to weed out conflicts and bolster the “ratings-challenged network.”
