Corporate leaders try to keep up employee morale

Corporate leaders are increasingly behaving like their political counterparts; holding “town hall meetings” with their employees and telling them not to panic. All these steps are being taken to keep up employee morale. One of the reasons is the increasing lack of trust between workers and top management.  By holdings such mass meetings, the corporate leaders hope to reassure employees that their companies are not going to have mass layoffs.
