Liebman’s Departure From NLRB Raises Questions About Agency’s Future
Post Views 0National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) member Wilma B. Liebman ended her 14-year tenure on august 27.This made the agency which is supposed to have 5 members with just three. Another member Craig Becker’s term ends in December 31, these happenings raises many questions related to the crippled political environment in NRLB which is not conductive to replenishing the membership. Current member Mark G. Pearce is named as the chairman who has served since 2010 and senate confirmed that his term ends on August 27, 2013.
