The research shows that the employees are unhappy about their pay, chances of promotion, stress and job security as well. The research carried out on 1008 U.S. employees not only revealed the factors that employees are not happy with, but also revealed that most of the employees are happy with their colleagues, safety conditions in the company and with their bosses.
