Post Views 0If you’re a business owner in North Carolina, you will soon have to use the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ E-Verify system to make sure that the workers you hire are legally allowed to perform work in the U.S. Eventually, every business in North Carolina that employs 25 or more employees will be required to use E-Verify. Temporary seasonal workers who are employed for 90 days or less a year are not required to be checked using E-Verify.
