Oracle Corp is being sued by its ex-employees from Arizona and Colorado. According to them they are not paid by the company for travel to California while the company requires them to work more than 8 hours per day. There are some difference between paid overtime laws in California and those set by FLSA. FLSA says that overtime should be paid for any hours worked over 40 in a week, while The California Labor Code defines overtime as any hour worked over 8 in a day.
