In the United States, the average unemployment is at about 9%, which means that there are still many people out of work, dealing with unemployment, after losing their job. During and after the recession, millions of employees in the United States lost their jobs as businesses and companies shut down and positions were eliminated. Even though the recession ended in 2009, the economy in the United States is still crippled from all of the damage that the recession caused.

Because the economy is still damaged, there have been many people who are unemployed and actively seeking work, however, they have been having troubles finding the employment they need to survive. Because of this, Morgan Drexen, which is based in Costa Mesa, launched a new employment initiative which will help the unemployed individuals in the United States with finding work.

The employment initiative will be referred to as the Morgan Drexen Employment Assistance Program. It is a service that is completely free, using software and professional services from Morgan Drexen. Morgan Drexen relies on the iCloud Internet technology as a way of supporting attorneys around the nation. This is important because the particular attorneys are the ones helping individuals in America who, because of unemployment, are now dealing with tons of debt and even facing the possibility of having to file bankruptcy.

The CEO of Morgan Drexen, Walter Ledda, says that many American consumers end up in a debt resolution program with attorneys who are there to support them. In fact, a lot of the attorneys report that many clients are trying to take responsibility of their debt but because they have lost their jobs, they are having trouble doing so, unable to be free of debt for an even longer period of time.

The MDEAP will be helping consumers so that they can get back to work and finally get out of debt. MDEAP helps to update resumes, ensuring that they look their best before they are sent out to specific employers. An attorney in Connecticut, Kim Pisinski, says that there are many Americans who are overlooked for a position that they apply for simply because they are entry level or a below the management level. However, these employees can come in handy for a number of positions, including janitors and food servers. That is the exact reason why this program was designed, to find available employment for the people who need it.

Many unemployed individuals, such as Jonathon of Baltimore, are hopeful about MDEAP and what it can do for them in terms of helping them to find the necessary employment which will ultimately help them to get out of debt faster than they would if they were still unemployed, without a job.
