Social Networks Role in Job Hunts

Social networks seem to be a great agent in searching for jobs. Many people are managing their resumes on servers, depend on digital advertising and job boards like LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. A survey was conducted to find how many of the people are getting jobs from these social media sites. Various research studies have been done by Rajiv Garg and Professor Rahul Telang of Carnegie Mellon University, to know which of the sites were most helpful.
