Aon Hewitt, a business known for offering its human resources solutions across the globe, has recently made an announcement earlier on in the day. The company made it clear that it intends to acquire OmniPoint’s Workday Services, which is an integration firm and an official partner of Workday, which provides the necessary software that is needed for human resources solutions.

By the time that the transaction is completed, Aon Hewitt will have the opportunity to expand its capabilities with Workday and will be able to provide the utmost technology and services for all things that relate to the human resources aspect. With this acquisition, Aon Hewitt will end up being the only company that can offer all of the different resources for building and operating on the human resources platform that is operated by Workday.

Kristi Savacool, the CEO for Aon Hewitt, recently said, “As today’s workforce continues to rapidly evolve, Aon Hewitt is shaping the HR industry and staying ahead of current and emerging trends in the market to empower results for our clients.” She also said, “The SaaS model is gaining traction across our client base and fits well into our existing service-centered HR outsourcing solution. This strategic investment enables us to rapidly scale our knowledge base, expand our full suite of HR solutions and broaden our capabilities to serve our clients’ unique needs and preferences. It is a bold step to strengthen our industry-leading position in HR solutions.”

With the acquisition, the team for OmniPoint, which consists of over 100 professionals, will join the team for Aon Hewitt, especially since these professional individuals have so much to offer. By the time that the transaction finishes, Aon Hewitt will have the chance to provide all of the Workday capabilities to clients, especially the new clients coming from OmniPoint.

The President of HR BPO, Jonathan Schembor, says, “Aon Hewitt has an excellent track record of quality service with a variety of underlying engines in the HR outsourcing space. Joining forces with OmniPoint enables us to provide that same level of service to clients that choose Workday as their HR platform.” He also said, “Clients are increasingly interested in hosted solutions like Workday because they are flexible, cost effective and require little maintenance on the part of the employer. Rapidly building a team of experienced and credentialed specialists is important in meeting this growing client demand and expanding our presence in the HR outsourcing market.”

OmniPoint is thrilled to be able to join forces with Aon Hewitt and become part of their team. The two companies can use their expertise to help provide the absolute best experience for all of the clients. In the end, it is the clients who will be able to benefit from the combination of two experienced teams joining forces and coming together as one organization.
