Nicaragua’s Chinese Canal Project Has Investors

Businessman Wang Jing, of Telecom, is planning to work with others in Nicaragua to cut another canal through Central America. The project has garnered initial investments, and Jing has stated that the project should be finished by the year 2020. The new canal may be wider than the world-famous Panama Canal.
