Reframing Affirmative Action in Higher Education

The Supreme Court has recently made a ruling on affirmative action practices. The Court remains skeptical of this race-related practice, but if the practice is altered, then the judges say that it has a better chance of surviving a process of analysis. The NAACP president is glad to hear about the Court’s ruling, since he believes that people of all races deserve a “fair shot”.
