Layoffs, pension pressure loom

The city unions of Los Angeles get a shocker from the Mayor after he announces for more pension reforms indicating further possible layoffs. If reports are to be believed the mayor’s own staff was surprised when the mayor discussed the layoffs issue with some 200 investors on Thursday in the city’s bonds.
