QA lead employment is not everyone’s cup of tea. This is simply because the entire production team depends on your ‘check’. Job Profile of QA lead

• Deliver Solutions: You have been appointed in the first place you’re expected to deliver solutions and that should e your zeal. If you provide the best solutions that will make the company richer, no one can stop you to climb the ladders of hierarchy.
• Sound Technical Knowledge: If you thought that the basic science and math were to be forgotten after school, you’re wrong. The job of a QA lead is to continuously evaluate and they themselves are under constant evaluation. You should have a sound technical base that will help you deliver solutions in real time and fast. You should have an in-depth knowledge of the operations going around you.
• Leadership: Since the company depends on your production checks and allows the goods to be marketed freely, it is your call about the quality of the product that is important and not anyone else’s. Therefore you’re expected to take responsibility and deliver like a leader does. People of weak disposition do not have a place here.
• Troubleshoot: In case any problem occurs in your section or even in the preliminary sections, you need to identify the problem faster than anyone else. You need to draw up a chart of lists and causes and then identify and troubleshoot the problem(s). Needless to say, the best troubleshooter will get the best remuneration!
• Active Consumer Response Analysis: Since the people are the agents responsible for running the company, you should be able to take and handle a variety of consumer feedbacks and then suggest improvements in the product, suitably.
• Link with Business and well as Production: You are a vital link between the management and the production. The responsibility of both of their smooth functioning will ensure a trouble-free work environment for you!

Lead QA careers are available, but are limited. This is mainly because if a company finds a good QA lead, it might not leave the QA lead until retirement. Therefore it is very difficult for a new recruit to take over from an experienced QA lead. Experience certainly pays in this job.
