The interview is a process where the employer matches the individual’s role with the person sitting before them. This is your opportunity to demonstrate genuine interest in the company, self-control and balance things are difficult to see if you are rambling or ask questions and not waiting and listening to the interviewer.

An interview with a rapid-fire session of questions and answers does nothing to make a good impression. Always pause briefly and, of course, before answering each question, which sounds less tested, and also shows you are a person who thinks before speaking, it is very important for potential employer.

Good eye contact is essential. But be careful not to look in a way that seems to be trying to make a hole in the other person, or in any way that implies boredom, or hear the contempt and body language are a good part of your-verbal communication skills that speaks of always using a good position not to slouch. Your back should not be upright, but sitting in a showing interest and respect to the person you are interviewed by. A gesture from time to time is important, as long as no nodding through the entire interview where you do not want to appear to be fallen asleep or looks insincere. Relax and remember that it is important to give a warm smile at the beginning and end of the interview, but during the interview listen to the appropriate body language, knowing the difference between ”We are sensing other applicants, you call ”. Or, ”Welcome to our company.”
