Though it is an entry level job, it demands an experience of 2-4 years. The workload and pressure is also a negative attribute of this position.

It covers the general processes of looking over recruitments, training and other supervisory functions in an organization. A Masters of business management is preferable for the position. Vacancies in this position are easily available due to the wide category of overlapping positions.

Administration Jobs:

HR Executive Jobs
The HR executive is assigned the duty of overall payroll functions and transactions. This position is not completely high or low, it is some sort of a bridge between the low level jobs and the high administration ones. The HR Executive ensures timely entry of data in the appropriate system. It takes care of the employee information pertaining to joining date, salary structure, additional benefits, and allowances.

One with good case experience in the field has better chances of securing the position. Vacancies for this position are not as frequent as for the lower level entry ones.

HR Specialist Jobs
This position is confined more to the task of overseeing regulations and rules of a company. A HR specialist looks into the individual needs of employees and assures comprehensive development of the trainees according the norms of the company. It is less varied in nature and requires specialization in Information Technology, Science and engineering. Since a HR specialist looks over the program management section, he should connect with the field work in process.

Vacancies in Human Resources are easily available due to the growing importance of the department. Both public and private sector need HR specialists for smooth running of the organizations.
