healthRhino Human Resources, Inc. announced that they will be nearly doubling their client base in as little as two weeks time.  Lone Staffing, Inc., a subsidiary of Rhino, has been signed by a few large, commercial real estate firms to supply staffing.

Raymond Barton, Rhino’s Chairman of the Board, says it’s a big change, but one he is excited about: “While traditionally only individually owned and operated offices used our services, we are seeing a huge increase from franchise offices of several larger national companies, specifically in the real estate industry. This is a really good sign for the company because it’s what we do best.”

While Lone Staffing will still provide possible employees for private companies, they will now also be providing sales representatives to offices across the United States including Alaska, California, Florida, Illinois, and Massachusetts.

Beyond their new venture in real estate, Rhino is also looking into the health care industry.  “I think temp nurse staffing is a no-brainer. Hospitals pay handsomely for nurses to come in and do a short term run to cover a temporary shortage and even pay travel and living expenses if necessary,” says Barton.  The chairman also believes home health care is an important field to look at for staffing opportunities, “People are living longer than ever and with both parents in households having careers, people are willing to pay to have someone stay with their parents and grandparents. Both of those industries are booming, and we can staff them.”
