Taleo Corp. Scores Large U.S. Federal Contract

The Dublin-based Taleo Corp, provider of human resources software, has been awarded a contract from the U.S. General Services Administration.

The GSA runs the leasing and purchasing of supplies for other countries.

According to the Oakland Tribune, Taleo has received a large federal contract in return for providing a variety of software for the General Services Administration. Taleo will aid the GSA to create and develop software tools that will help improve requirements and qualifications for employment in public office.

Due to the fact that the GSA has strong ties with several other government organizations, Taleo may have more federal contracts coming their way.
