Women who return to work after giving birth are more likely to keep their jobs if they have an unquestionable control over their work schedules. According to data from U.S.Bureau of labor statistics, 71 percent of women with children under 18 and 60 percent of women with young children are employed. A study found that when job security is high, workers are not distracted by worry, instead they are fully engaged in responsibilities inside and outside the workplace. The essence of the study is that, the more the employers effort to make a mom comfortable, the more the chances of the mom keeping the job.
