California Supreme Court says cities can enact employee friendly legislation

The Supreme Court of California made it clear that cities can enact laws that say that the new owner has no right to fire workers immediately after the change of ownership. The new owner has to wait for 90 days and if not satisfied with the employee; he can terminate the employee.
