Study says nice guys finish last in terms of pay

When it comes to compensation in the workplace, nice guys finish last. In a new study, males that are “nice” in the workplace often receive less compensation for there time. They average more then 18% percent less compared to men less agreeable than they were. Women in the workplace receive even less then that figure. Historically, women have always trailed men in wages. But as time has gone on, that gap is closing.
