Post Views 0Two bills have been put in Congress for forbidding employers who are rejecting applications of unemployed candidates. The Fair Employment Opportunity Act of 2011 is exclusively opposing the job ads and announcements saying unemployed candidates are ineligible for jobs. These bills are completely publicly authorized and employers who break the rules will be penalized.
