President Barack Obama’s senior adviser for urban policy is leaving for a post with the University of Chicago. In the latest in a series of recent White House exits, the university Wednesday announced that Derek Douglas will join it in January, serving as its vice-president for civic engagement. Mr. Douglas has served since 2009 as special assistant to the president for urban affairs, directing the Domestic Policy Council’s urban policy.
