Sarah Shin, a human resources leader for the Silicon Valley, will be joining the Crossover Health Management Services Company on a full-time basis. The announcement was made earlier in the week by the company itself. Shin had been consulting back and forth with the company for half of a year, working to develop staffing that was centered on the patients, which was essentially important for the company. She also helped to create a strategy for acquiring talented employees so that the company can work in an efficient and effective manner. The company is the manager for the Crossover Health Medical Group, which basically provides health care services to employers who would like low costs but good quality care.

Shin says that she has a deep passion for helping to create experiences that will allow members of these healthcare services to truly get in touch with their own health in many different ways. She also said that the only way for such exceptional services to be provided is for talented professionals to work together as a way of improving efficiency. Shin worked within human resource in the Silicon Valley for quite a while and has become familiar with lots of different challenges that relate to health care, which is why she was able to work so well at helping clients and solving problems that this company was once dealing with. Her experience has truly helped the company to operate in a much more efficient manner, with high performing individuals working well together.

Shin has such an extensive experience, having once worked for LeapFrog, in which she was the Senior Vice President for Human Resources. Even before then, she was working as a director of human resource for Apple. With such experience under her belt, it is no wonder she is able to take on the tasks that she has completed and accomplished over the years. In the past, she has been responsible for thousands of employees and has handled all situations in a professional and efficient manner, which truly makes her stand out as a leader.

The Chief Executive Officer for Crossover Health, Scott Shreeve, says that Sarah has made such a positive impact for the company already and that she has taken her experience and used it for the company, helping them to improve their own success, which is something he is very thankful for. Shreeve says he is excited to have Sarah on board, especially since she has the ability to find the type of talent that the company is looking for and to improve the overall experience for employees and members of the health care services. At this point, Shin is currently working on the development of the Crossover University, in which healthcare providers and staff members receive training on working as a team and increasing the positive experiences of the customers.
