US Employers advertise for new jobs.

From September to October of 2012, there was a rise in the listings of job openings. Over 3.68 million jobs listed. However, this figure remains to be much lower than available jobs before the recession hit in 2007. Because of this, the competition for jobs remain high. There are about 3 people competing for each job opening.
