Over 300 Employees Facing Layoffs

Galand, a global leader in the shoe manufacturing industry is planning to lay off more than three hundred workers. Employees at Bardejov and Snina factories will be affected by these mass layoffs. Gabriela Karskova, Head of Social Affairs made the announcement at a press meet. She also added that unused production facilities and lack of steady orders were the main reason for the layoffs.
