While the majority of work-places around the globe claim to support work-life integration, many employees find themselves experiencing unexpected consequences. A global employment study reports consequences like negative performance evaluation, unfavorable job assignments, and denial of promotion. In order to solve this conflict or to strengthen the idea of work-life integration, managers or supervisors need to be trained well enough to understand the concept and hopefully they can implement flexibility with their employees.
