TeradyneAutomated test equipment maker Teradyne plans to cut jobs worldwide under its latest cost-trimming plan.

The company hasn’t determined the number of job cuts, which will go into affect by the end of Q2. There will also be other expense reductions.

In January the firm said it planned to cut 14% of its staff worldwide, or 500 workers. At that time, Teradyne also implemented temporary 10% pay cuts.

Founded in 1960, Teradyne is based in North Reading, Massachusetts.
