Johnson Controls to Close 10 Plants
Post Views 3Milwaukee, Wisconsin’s Johnson Controls will cut jobs and close 10 manufacturing plants as part of a restructuring effort.
The company, which manufactures automotive parts, batteries and building systems, did not reveal how many employees will be affected or which plants it will close.
Last September, the company announced plant closures and job cuts, which it said is now two-thirds complete.
Johnson says the most recent restructuring effort will be complete by 2010, it does not foresee any further restructuring efforts.
