Post Views 0The publishing industry continues to take a beating as an increasing number of people get their new from free sites on the Internet. The Washington Post, which has been losing money, is pulling back and focusing on politics and local news in and around Washington, DC. To that end, the newspaper has decided to close its bureau offices in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York. It’s unclear at this time how many jobs will be lost, but the paper has also informed some of its online staff that they will be laid off.
