Goodwill of Delaware Names New Director Of Human Resources

Amy C. Carter has been named the director of human resources for Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County.

Before joining Goodwill, Carter acted as corporate human resources, training and development manager for Peninsula United Methodist Homes.

Carter is a member of the Delaware and natonal chapters of the Society for Human Resources Managers as well as the American Society for Training and Development and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.
