Kelly Halcon Named HR Director For Monterey-Salinas Transit

Kelly Halcon, a member of the Central Coast Human Resources Association, has been promoted to director of human resources for The Monterey-Salinas Transit.

Halcon has been working for the Transit since 2002, previously serving as human resources assistant. Following her stint as an assistant, Halcon served as an HR administrator and then an HR generalist.

As director of HR, Halcon will be responsible for maintaining adequate labor relations, the administration of benefits and compensation, worker’s comp, training and recruitment.

Halcon has a masters degree from Chapan University in human resource management.
