TAQA Appoints Former BP Executive To Group Vice President of Human Resources

TAQA, otherwise known as the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company, has named Ken Boyle its new Group Vice President of Human Resources.

The Abu Dhabi government indirectly owns over 75% of Taqa, an energy holding company whose primary focuses are power generation, water desalintion, in addition to the production and storage of oil.

Before joining TAQA, Boyle worked at the infamous BP, as a VP of Human Resources in the Middle East and Pakistan and as Vice President of Human Resources for the North Sea and Norway.

CEO of TAQA, H.E. Abdulla Saif Al Nuaimi, said, “The appointment of Ken is a significant one and we are very leased to appoint someone of his experience to TAQA. Ken is an ideal fit for TAQA having spent the majority of his career in senior HR positions and has strong grasp of the international energy industry thanks to his time at BP.”
