Ford Motor Co. expects its profit to ease off from the 13-year high in first quarter due to high commodity prices and structural cost. Ford’s Vice President Bob Shanks said that company reported a profit of $2.55 billion in April first quarter exceeding the forecasts of analysts. He acknowledged the market nervousness and economic concerns of losing momentum. On an average, analysts are expecting a roughly steady Ford profits this year at $1.92 per share.
