Boycott Murdoch Campaign Started on Twitter

The unfolding news of the phone hacking scandal of Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp has finally paved the way for the closure of the 168-year-old British tabloid. It is widely seen as a shocking move by the company to wash its hands of printed sins to get the BSkyB Group. The company has also abandoned its effort to gain control of British Sky Broadcasting Group. In the wake of this the Boycott-Murdoch movement is slowly gaining its momentum, although it is very small so far.
